Summary of Benefits

We provide a comprehensive and generous benefits package for eligible OIG employees. Our offerings include a range of health, dental, and vision insurance plans, participation in the state pension system, optional deferred compensation retirement plan (457B), and life and long-term disability insurance. Employees receive paid sick, vacation, and personal leave. Eligible employees also benefit from 12 paid holidays annually and the flexibility of a hybrid work schedule.

Professional Development

We support our employees’ professional growth through mentoring, training, and certification opportunities. Staff have completed specialized training in areas like computer forensics, data analytics, interview techniques, and healthcare fraud. We also offer office-wide sessions on workplace safety, ethics, fraud reporting, implicit bias, and harassment prevention.

To further professional development, we sponsor certifications for our staff through organizations such as the Association of Inspectors General and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

Employees in supervisory roles also receive in-house leadership development training to enhance skills and foster collaboration to drive organizational success.
